Djilba Art and Cultural Workshop
Djilba is first spring in August-September. This is the season of conception, a mixture of wet days with an increasing number of clear, cold nights and pleasant warm days. In this workshop, you will use vibrant greens to represent the regrowth of vegetation during this season.
- Learn the art of dot painting in a contemporary style.
- Hear about how the Noongar people lived off the land and what plants and
animals indicated the change in each season.
- All art supplies are provided.
- You will receive the prepared 30.5cm x 40.6cm canvas with the season's
base design.
